Job Summary: Work as part of the Marketing and Product Support team to ensure customer success, assist with training and troubleshooting, encourage follow-on sales and maintain effective customer relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities • Travel to customer sites - support new customer deliveries to conduct new operator training - to verify operator proficiency, provide retraining, and identify additional equipment sale opportunities • Provide customer support to assist with operational, equipment and training needs • Support trade shows and customer events to reinforce customer relationships and identify potential new customers • Conduct product demonstrations to interested organizations to convey benefits of company products • Maintain files of current customers, tracking customer contacts and scheduling/executing support Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Excellent written and verbal communications skills • Excellent organization skills • Ability to represent a company on site and present the product positively and with confidence during all aspects of implementation • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision • Work as part of a team to accomplish common goals Special Requirements: • Considerable travel required (up to 50%)
